Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong ' Lapsang Souchong' from Fujian
This traditional, 'smoked' tea from the Wuyi Mountains is one of the most famous teas in China. Either you love it or you don't. Instructions: Use about 5-6g (3-4 tsp. of tea) for 0.5 litres of hot water and steep for about 2.5-5min.
