Phoenix Tanchung 'Phoenix Single Bush'

A compact, full-bodied, spicy and fruitily malty Oolong with a disctinctive finish and clear, bright cup. It is picked from one single bush (a tye of tea plant that can reach a height of up to 10 metres and is more like a tree). This tea is mentioned in the earliest records on tea and is one of the most sought-after teas in China.
